Style Analysis™ Short Form
Most of TTI's software is built around the Style Analysis Instrument. It is considered to be the best DISC instrument on the market today. This instrument has a high school freshman reading level, which is the lowest reading level on the market. This instrument allows a person to respond, score and graph their DISC results very quickly.
Work Environment and Ideal Work Environment
The Work Environment Instrument graphically displays the behavioral demands for a job by prioritizing activities required by a particular job. A person's natural or adapted behavior can be compared to those behaviors required by the job and show if personal stress levels exist. This tool is also a very useful for comparing two people's perception of the job in order to resolve conflict and performance issues.
Ideal Work Environment Instrument. It has been said that 80% of most employed people are not in their ideal behavioral job and therefore experience on-the-job stress. In addition, they may lack the ability to articulate their Ideal Work Environment.
